The majority of his career has been focused on DevOps, the marriage of Software Development and Operations roles. He has also worked in highly regulated healthcare and financial industries, and has even contracted with the Federal Government. He brings a unique perspective to the management of client systems, with a focus on automation and security.

As we continue to grow and expand our business, we will be looking to bring on a Customer Support Specialist. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for client support requests, assisting users with basic technical issues, troubleshooting common problems, and escalating more complex cases when necessary. The Customer Support Specialist will also help maintain support documentation, track and resolve tickets efficiently, and ensure that clients receive excellent and expedient service.
