Embarq Consulting Group LLC was founded in 2024 by Nate Askoff, a cloud computing and automation specialist with over a decade of experience in information systems, software, and IT security. Recognizing an opportunity to bring greater efficiency, security, and innovation to Managed IT Services, he created ECG to help businesses modernize with confidence.

What is the ECG Platform?
When we say ‘ECG Platform’, we refer to the combination of our services that a client may want to subscribe to. We have three ‘Pillars of Service’:
- ECG Vantage: The collection of services that make up ECG Vantage are what most people think of when they think “Managed Services”. Being onboarded to ECG Vantage will provide your business with automated, scheduled patching of both operating system & 3rd party software, endpoint configuration management & monitoring, remote & on-site support, and endpoint security services.
- ECG Tower: We named this pillar “Tower” because it encompasses everything a home base should. Subscribing to our Tower offering will provide you with core networking, all of the hardware your office workers might need, and managed wireless. Have a remote workforce? We understand how to build a “system of towers” so that every remote worker is connecting securely to the services that run your business.
- ECG Cloud: So many businesses want to move their business workloads to the Cloud. Our collection of services that fall under our ECG Cloud offering covers every aspect of that desire: migrations, new software, and integrations between systems. We can write the software you need for your business, migrate your workloads to the cloud in a way that makes financial sense, and get systems to talk to one another so that your people are doing the work that matters, and not just pushing virtual papers around.

Just like a building relies on pillars for strength and stability, your business needs the right mix of IT systems to operate smoothly and grow confidently. Each ECG Pillar—Vantage, Tower, and Cloud—focuses on a primary function of modern IT. When combined, they ensure your technology isn’t just keeping up—it’s driving you forward.
Can I subscribe to just one of the ECG Pillars, or do I need the entire Platform?
You can absolutely subscribe to one, two, or all three ECG Pillars—Vantage, Tower, and Cloud—depending on your needs. Each pillar is designed to stand on its own, but when combined, they form a comprehensive, synergistic IT foundation.
